There’s always something wrong, according to thoughts; there’s always a reason to not feel content. Thoughts say, I can be happy when thing-of-the-day is fixed. But if I fix that thing, thoughts just pick a new problem to fixate on. Noticing this helps me not take thoughts so seriously – maybe, thoughts are just doing what thoughts do. Maybe, right now is the time I’ve been waiting for. Maybe, there is nothing wrong.
What if nothing is wrong?
